General
Consultations,
Deliveries & Arrangements
Simply Elegant Florals is a studio-based floral design company in Milton, Ontario. We do not have a public retail storefront. All pick-ups and consultations are by appointment only — available via phone, email, or our contact form.
We deliver throughout Milton, Halton Region, Oakville, Burlington, Georgetown, Mississauga, and the Greater Toronto Area. Same-day delivery is available when orders are placed by 11 am. For best results, we recommend placing your order at least one day before your desired delivery date.
We deliver six days a week. We are closed on Sundays.
We offer both. Our fresh flower arrangements are crafted with the finest seasonal blooms. We also offer fresh and preserved roses that can last up to two years — a beautiful and lasting gift.
Absolutely. We specialise in custom-made arrangements. Share an inspirational photo from our portfolio, describe your vision, or tell us about the occasion — and we will do our best to bring it to life.
For most arrangements, we recommend ordering at least 24–48 hours in advance, especially for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. Last-minute requests may be accommodated based on availability — contact us and we'll do our best.
Yes. We welcome custom requests and will do our best to accommodate your preferences for flowers, colours, and style. Simply let us know your vision and we'll create something made just for you.

Consultations
Yes — we offer complimentary consultations to discuss your wedding floral needs, preferences, and budget. All consultations are by appointment only.
We recommend booking as soon as you have your wedding date and venue secured — ideally 6–12 months in advance to ensure your date is available.
We offer a comprehensive range of wedding florals including bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, ceremony arch decorations, altar arrangements, aisle florals, centrepieces, head table arrangements, and full floral installations.
Absolutely. We love collaborating with couples to create floral designs that perfectly match their colour schemes, themes, and overall vision for their wedding day.
Yes. We provide delivery and setup services to ensure your wedding flowers are delivered fresh and installed beautifully at your venue, with full teardown afterwards.
We understand that plans can evolve. We are flexible with adjustments to your floral order — just let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your changes.
Yes. We offer rental options for vases, containers, pedestals, arches, and other décor items to complement your floral design and overall wedding aesthetic.
